1Acceptance of terms
By creating a Jobation account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the platform.
2Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity on your account. The information in your profile and resume must be accurate and up to date. Multiple accounts and impersonation are not allowed.
3Acceptable use
The platform's tools (search, auto-apply, AI tools) may only be used for legitimate job searching. Sending misleading or spammy content to companies, or trying to bypass your plan's usage limits, is not allowed.
4Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans renew automatically each month unless you cancel before the end of the cycle. When you cancel, your plan's features continue until the end of the paid period. The free 7-day Pro trial is available once per user.
5AI-generated content
Generated resumes, letters and suggestions are assistive tools — always review them before sending; you are ultimately responsible for what you submit to companies. The platform does not guarantee a job or an interview.
6Intellectual property
The platform's design, brand and software belong to Jobation. Content you create in your account (your resume, your data) stays yours, and you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
7Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform, and will tell you why unless a legal obligation prevents it.
8Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the platform 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that counts as acceptance.
